Hello and welcome!
My name is Landon Kelso, and I have 12 years of experience in bodybuilding, power lifting, injury prevention, mobility work and overall fitness, nutritional science etc. My passion is most definitely science and research. Working hard in the gym daily, and most importantly helping others. My goal is to work a one on one basis to help you archive the body your willing to work hard for customized to YOU'RE goals and not a generalized goal.
After many years of studying nutritional science, biomechanics, weight lifting training programs, and physical therapy. I can teach you how to manage diet, exercise, fat loss, muscle building and help you do so with a safe training regimen while preventing you from getting injured. My goal is to help you reach your goals to a better healthy, and stronger body or level of fitness.
If you have current injuries you should always consult with a medical professional, but I would love to help treat the root cause of those injuries with consistent mobility, and stretching drills as my knowledge is not just nutrition and training. I believe it is important to have consistency and routine backed by a solid plan for weeks, months that will help you reach your goals most effectively.
