Most of my knowlege is about prevention of injury, treatment of injury (not spinal related) I will help you with a daily mobility/stretching program that includes drills with bands, lacross balls and helpful tools to fix injuries or joint issues you may be having
My training philosophy is completely focused on getting you in peak condition weather its strength, better nutrition, treating a pain related issue or all of the above I will do the best job I possibly can based on science, and the 12 years of research and experience I have!
